আমরা যা দেখতে চাই তা হল এমন একজন মানুষ যিনি সমন্বিতভাবে বিকশিত… হৃদয়ে মহান, মনে মহান, [কাজে মহান]… আমরা এমন একজন মানুষ চাই যার হৃদয় বিশ্বে দুঃখ ও দারিদ্র্যের প্রতি তীব্র অনুভূতি রাখে… এবং [আমরা চাই] এমন একজন মানুষ, যিনি শুধু জিনিসগুলোর অর্থ খুঁজে পান না, যিনি প্রকৃতির গভীরে এবং বোঝার হৃদয়ে প্রবাহিত হন। [আমরা চাই] এমন একজন মানুষ, যিনি সেখানেই থেমে যান না, [বরং] যিনি অনুভূতি এবং অর্থকে বাস্তব কাজের মাধ্যমে রূপায়িত করতে চান। মাথা, হৃদয়, এবং হাতে এমন একটি সমন্বয়ই আমাদের প্রয়োজন।
